The survey help understand how your staff are using the CRM system, value gained from all users; dashboard usage and future requirements; potential gaps/weaknesses and additional requirements; and what support turnaround users currently receive for support, new requests, etc.

Interview IT infrastructure and technical/development staff responsible for CRM implementation and ongoing maintenance to fully understand the day-to-day processes and user demands and review SAS/ERP interface and processes.

Interview marketing staff responsible for the interface between the CRM system and digital marketing applications to gain a complete understanding of current systems, interfaces, workflows and processes; Evaluate positives, negatives, wish-list and gaps.

Prepare management report – preliminary discussion of the draft report and findings, recommendations with key stakeholders.

Present final CRM Health Check report and recommendations to senior management.
